About
Brooke Fischer

ARTIST BIO
Brooke Fischer is a Los Angeles-based graphic designer and fine art painter whose work celebrates the beauty of everyday nature. Raised in Boulder, Colorado, and formally trained at the Colorado Institute of Art in Denver, she transitioned to her current practice after a decade working in the film industry.
Her paintings focus on singular moments—a bird, a nest, a dragonfly, a flower—rendered with attention to detail. Brooke's philosophy is grounded in humility: artists interpret nature's beauty but can never truly replicate it. Her work honors this reverent relationship by celebrating what we can observe and appreciate.
Beyond her studio practice, Brooke is a committed advocate for women's rights, environmental justice, and social equity. The Amplifier Foundation selected her design Let Equality Bloom for the traveling exhibition Hear Our Voice, pairing it with educational curriculum designed to facilitate classroom conversations on social justice. The piece is now part of The Amplifier Foundation's Posters for the March collection, housed in the Library of Congress.
Brooke creates intentionally, using her art as a tool for catalyzing awareness and action. For her, meaningful change begins with attention and intention.
